Lakes of Parkway subdivision is located in west Houston and close to Energy Corridor, just south of Briar Forest between Eldridge Parkway and Highway 6. Most homes in Lakes of Parkway were built starting in 2002 by Kickerillo , which developed the 300-acre gated community of luxury homes with its magnificent oak trees, nine lakes, paved jogging trails, recreation center, pool, tennis courts, and lighted fountains.
